PDG John M. Leask, II gave this outstanding inspirational speech at the Rotary Zone 31-32 Institute, Burlington, VT, 30 August 2003.  The Zone Institute was convened by the Presiding Director from Zone 31, Frank C. Collins, Jr of East Hartford, Connecticut, USA, and the Rotary Foundation Plenary Session was co-chaired by Mac and PDG Rob Brown of Phoenix, Maryland, USA.
